For our packages we issue your invoice after you’ve scheduled your first appointment.<\/p>\n
Further services (telephone consultations, correspondance, school visits etc.) are available and are charged by the hour or part thereof at an hourly rate of CHF 250\/hr.<\/p>\n
Our fees do not include 7.7% VAT.<\/p>\n
Children and teenagers up to 18 years as well as foreign clients are exempt from the VAT.<\/p>\n
Sometimes school authorities or health insurances cover the entire or partial costs for an evaluation. Please ask your insurance professionals. We cannot guarantee such coverage, however, and we also will not correspond on these matters.<\/p>\n
If a session is cancelled\u00a0at least 2 working days (48 hours)<\/strong> before the session there is no charge (with the exception of the Life Design Concept formats and all Career Coaching formats, where CHF 1000 is charged after receipt of the at-home assessment).<\/strong> For a cancellation up to 1 working day (24 hours)<\/strong>\u00a0in advance we charge half the consulting fee for the hours in question. In case of a cancellation within\u00a0less than 1 working day (24 hours)<\/strong>\u00a0before the appointment, the full fee for the cancelled hours will be charged.<\/p>\n We kindly recommend you to take out a special cancellation insurance.<\/p>\n Invoices are carried out by the \u201c\u00c4rztekasse\u201d.<\/p>\n We require advance payment (by bank transfer or PayPal) for all our services, at least 5 working days before your appointment with us.
