Already mid-January and our good-intentions list for this year is still freshly written!&#8230;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cThis 2020\u2026<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u2026I will definitely take care of my body and health\u201d,<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u2026I will exercise more\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u2026I will pursue that job I\u2019ve dreaming about\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u2026I will\u00a0stop\u00a0that not-so-healthy habit I\u2019ve been struggling with (yeah!)&#8221;<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u2026I will step into that new personal\/professional path out of my comfort zone<\/em>\u201d<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>And the list goes on&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>We all know, how it goes as we stumble upon our\u00a0<strong>stressful daily life<\/strong>\u2026<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>What is more,\u00a0<strong>regardless of the root cause of stress<\/strong>, the fact of\u00a0<strong>sustaining certain\u00a0eating\u00a0habits over time is, in itself, a source of strain for the body\u00a0<\/strong>that can contribute dramatically to perpetuate the stress or anxiety we&#8217;re already experiencing.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The situation is a bit complex and it works like a vicious spiral:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>We have stress (or anxiety) for &#8220;X&#8221; reasons<\/li>\n<li>This leads us to put our<strong>eating\u00a0habits on autopilot<\/strong>, guided by the symptoms of stress and the urgent need to soothe them.<\/li>\n<li>As a result, our food choices are often not the best ones to bring our bodies back into balance, but rather the opposite: they perpetuate a cycle of &#8220;<strong><em>stress\/false relief\/stress\/false relief<\/em><\/strong>&#8221; that may end up seriously affecting, both our physical and mental wellbeing.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><strong>Does this pattern sound familiar?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>And<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Are you determined to keep stress from<strong>\u201c<\/strong><strong><em>eating<\/em><\/strong><strong>\u201d your 2020 good intentions<\/strong>?<\/li>\n<li>This year, are you committed to keeping<strong>your stress from being the driving force behind your\u00a0eating\u00a0habits?\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong>In that case, welcome to the\u00a0<strong>seminar\u00a0<\/strong><strong>LET&#8217;S\u00a0STOP\u00a0EATING\u00a0OUR STRESS<\/strong>, taking place on\u00a0<strong>February 13th here with us in Zurich, 18.30h \u2013 21.00h.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>In this workshop, you will learn:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Which foods directly affect stress and anxiety, both positively and negatively.<\/li>\n<li>How our autopilot responses run the day and why that affects our food choices.<\/li>\n<li>Which stress management tools are non-negotiable and why.<\/li>\n<li>WHAT, HOW and WHEN toeat, if we are currently going through a period in which stress and cravings are the keynotes of our day-to-day life<\/li>\n<li>Which foods to add? She also got certified as a Holistic Health Coach by the Institute of Integrative Nutrition in New York and further specialized in Hormone Health. Currently, she continues deepening her knowledge about the mind-body connection at the Institute for the Psychology of\u00a0Eating, in the USA.<\/p>\n<p>Teresa firmly believes that our plate reflects our complex inner world and that many of the choices we make around our food are nothing more than the automatic projection of unconscious patterns, established a long time ago.
