I recently launched a creative project that I\u2019ve been dreaming about for quite some time and that I\u2019m really passionate about: a podcast called \u201cThe Creative Manifestation Podcast.\u201d <\/a><\/p>\n

My intention with this project is to expand my work of supporting you with tapping into your peak creative potential through inspiring interviews and solocasts where I\u2019ll share some of my most potent tools and techniques.<\/p>\n

I was honored to have Dr. Ulrike Stedtnitz<\/a> on the show as my first guest and we shared an amazing conversation. As many of you know, Ulrike is the CEO of stedtnitz.design your life and is also an incredibly accomplished career coach specializing in Life Design coaching. In this episode we dive into Ulrike\u2019s own journey, where she speaks about the importance of resilience and how cultivating this trait supported her with moving through the experience of losing (almost) everything. We also talk about the importance of vacations and boredom (yes! Those two things are important!), and what has been coming up in her coaching sessions with clients recently, especially as many of us are being called to radically restructure our lives as a result of COVID-19.<\/p>\n
