In this day and age, showing up on-camera is an essential part of sharing our message and purpose with the world. I am passionate about supporting people with little or no experience in the process of becoming comfortable on-camera. I believe that anyone can be relaxed, authentic and empowered on screen by learning and applying a few simple tools. In this workshop I will share these tools and give you the opportunity to practice them in an actual filming set-up. Know that we will work in a safe-space, where mistakes are OK and you can risk feeling vulnerable so that you can move into a space of empowerment.
