Business terms and conditions

General Terms and Conditions
Invoicing Practice

Regarding our packages we issue our invoice after the completion of the assessment tests (for the Life Design Concept we issue our invoice after sending the access to the at-home assessment portion).

Further services

Further services (telephone consultations, correspondance, school visits etc.) are available and are charged by the hour or part thereof.

VAT

Our fees do not include 7.7% VAT (children and teenagers up to 18 years as well as foreign clients are exempt from the VAT).

Insurance coverage

Sometimes school authorities or health insurances cover the entire or partial costs for an evaluation. Please ask your insurance professionals. We cannot guarantee such coverage, however, and we also will not correspond on these matters.

Cancellations

If a session is cancelled at least 2 working days (48 hours) before the session there is no charge (with the exception of the Life Design Concept Classic and Premium, where CHF 1000 is charged after receipt of the at-home assessment). For a cancellation up to 1 working day (24 hours) in advance we charge half the consulting fee for the hours in question. In case of a cancellation within less than 1 working day (24 hours) before the appointment, the full fee for the cancelled hours will be charged.

We kindly recommend you to take out a special cancellation insurance.

Swiss Clients

Invoices are carried out by the “Ärztekasse”.

Clients residing outside of Switzerland

We require advance payment (by bank transfer or PayPal) for all our services, at least 5 working days before your appointment with us. Clients residing outside of Switzerland do not need to pay VAT.

Thank you for your kind understanding.

Payment methods

From our clients residing in Switzerland we accept cash, bank transfer, all major credit cards as well as EC-/Maestrocard and PayPal.

From our clients residing outside of Switzerland we ask for advance payment via bank transfer or PayPal.
