We are a leading coaching company based in Maienfeld, Switzerland with over 30 years of experience. We have worked with over 10,000 clients. We specialize in career/educational coaching, Life Design and business coaching. We also offer strength-based assessments for children.

stedtnitz. design your life was founded by Dr. Ulrike Stedtnitz, one of Switzerland’s most well-known and well-liked psychologists and coaches. She received her Ph. D. from the University of Connecticut in Educational Psychology/ Gifted and Talented in 1985. She is also the author of three books.
