I’m fascinated by the human ability to create. As an actress, content creator, writer and lifelong artist I’m intimately familiar with the joys and challenges of living a creative life. Over the years I’ve gradually realized that the creative process doesn’t have be a struggle; that it can be gentle, playful and fun. My intention for my coaching work is to share easily accessible tools that make THIS kind of creativity a reality. I look forward to working with anyone who feels drawn to this work.
