- Company set-up (with a focus on Switzerland): overview on regulatory and organizational requirements (legal form, insurance, permissions etc.)
- Organizational set up – office, IT, accounting, administration, taxes, coworkers, etc.
- Business plan and financial planning
- Clarifying your ideal client and your target market
- Product management and marketing (online and offline)
- Self-management, leadership and time management
- Entrepreneurial mindset and money mindset
- Self-care as an entrepreneur
Content
- In-depth analysis of your situation and clarifying our coaching goals
- Set-up of a practical, step-by-step management plan for your first year in business
- Checklists, helpful tools und links to supporting information
- Success mindset coaching, taking into account potential pitfalls and barriers
How it works:
- 4-5 hours at home preparation (questionnaires, online assessment, worksheets)
- 2 hours coaching Phase 1: goal setting and first steps (online or on-site)
- 5 Std. here with us on-site (Phase 2 coaching, working on your topics following the first coaching, establishing a sustainable business strategy for the first year, points for action), incl. 1.5 hours for lunch and exercise
- 3 hours follow-up coaching (on site) or 2 x 1.5 hours follow-up coaching (online)
- + approx. 3 hours of our time for analysis, research and management summary

Option 1: Individual Sessions
- CHF 450.- per 2 hour coaching* to support your development and review your milestones
- Our recommendation: 4 x 2 hours for CHF 1800.-
Option 2: Coaching with lasting impact – 6 months
- 6 x 2 hours Follow-Up Coaching (e.g. on a monthly basis) for CHF 2700.-
Option 3: Coaching with lasting impact – one year
- 10 x 2 hours follow-up Coaching for CHF 4500.-
*Reduced rate applies to follow-up coaching sessions purchased with packages.
