I am passionate about teaching and education. One of my biggest drivers is demystifying food fashions and nutritional myths. In my work with clients, I promote  a personalized and „label-free“ way of eating: I believe that our dietary needs are the result of the interaction between our DNA, physiology, cultural background, and family-societal-environmental cues. Therefore, each one of us must discover which eating style fits their multifaceted world and not the other way around. I love helping clients uncover which unique formula allows them to thrive.

 

„We are what we eat“– we’re much more than that. However, I do believe that, in one way or another, our plate reflects our complex inner world, and that many of the choices we make around our food are nothing more than the automatic projection of unconscious patterns established a long time ago.

 

Bringing these mechanisms to light can be a challenging process where it’s very easy to give up and fall back into old habits – on the other hand, it can also become one of the most liberating acts when it comes to recovering a healthy relationship with the plate, our body, our health and, as a result, with our life.

 

I personally thrive in nature. A pair of hiking boots, a steep mountain ahead, my endless Spotify playlist and a head full of stories ready-to-be-shared are the ingredients of my recharging moments.

 

When I need space and clarity, I pick up my gadgets and head for the nearest peak. Once reached, I sit on top, staring at and mesmerized by the high-perspective view in front of me. The feeling of belonging to something greater than me brings me the clarity I’m seeking.
